US $ per tug per assistance

- Assistance to ships which are unable to use own propulsion and/or rudder (dead ships) will be subject to a surcharge of 50% to the above rates.

- Cancellation after tug commenced mobilization for towage assistance will be charged at US$ 520 / ordered tug.

- For shifting operations within the same harbor area, a surcharge of 50% to the above rates will be applicable.

- For shifting operations to/ from Mega Pier, a surcharge of 100 % to the above rates will be applicable.

- Above tariff is based on a gasoil price of US$ 700 / mton. For each increment of US$ 50 above US$ 900, a surcharge of US$ 35 per assistance will be applicable. For each abatement of the gasoil price of US $ 50 below US$ 500, a reduction of US$ 35 per assistance will be applicable. Gasoil (DMA) price as published by Curoil for Curacao excl. import duties and VAT.

- Waiting time. First half hour is free of charge. Thereafter the first half hour is charged in full at US$ 520 per hour followed by a half hourly charge of the hourly rate.
- For towage assistance to floating objects other than ships, an hourly rate of US$ 1.500 applies. Minimum charge is one hour. Time in excess of one hour will be rounded off upwards to nearest half-hour.
All services will be rendered on the ?Standard Towing Conditions? deposited by Kompania di? Tou Korsou Exploitatie Mij. N.V. with the Curac?ao court.
Mooring Services & Pilot Transport

- Base tariff for pilot-/ mooring boat services US$ 300 / hour
- All charges for pilot-/ mooring boat hire on time basis shall be from time pilot-/ mooring boat leaves tie-up station until her return to tie-up station with a minimum charge of one hour. Time in excess of one hour will be rounded off upwards to nearest half-hour.
Additional charges mooring services
- For line handling of mooring ropes / wires connecting to or disconnecting from shore bollards / dolphins, a surcharge per vessel will be applicable according to the following table.

- The pilot-/ mooring boat is manned by two crewmembers. For each additional crewmember an hourly rate of US$ 85 will apply.
Other services
- Pilot-/ mooring boat used for towing, and/ or pushing an additional charge of US$ 270 / hour will be applicable.
- Runner services (KTK personnel on board towed objects for mooring, unmooring operations). US$ 185 / runner / operation.
- Launch Services
- Boat hire services to embark or disembark individuals will be charged at US$ 300/ hour.
- For the transport of cargo containing parcels exceeding 15 kg a surcharge of US$ 720 / delivery will be applicable.
All services will be rendered on the “Standard Towing Conditions” deposited by Kompania di’ Tou Korsou Exploitatie Mij. N.V. with the Cura?ao court.
